Fast forward ⏭ to today, many campesinos in the 🇺🇸 have not stopped working despite the spread of COVID-19. Labeled essential workers but forced to labor in unsafe conditions, with no masks, limited hand sanitation stations, and working in close proximity to one another with no pay raise/or benefits. Enter Monica Ramírez, @activistmonicaramirez of @mujerxsrising who along with other farmworker-serving organizations are raising funds to help keep farmworker families safe from COVID-19 as they work to feed America.
