La Virgen de Guadalupe’s Miracle

Lifestyle1 year ago3 Views

🙏🏽 The Most Powerful of All, La Virgencita de Guadalupe. ⠀ Today is the ‘Día de la Virgen de Guadalupe’ a national holiday started in 1859. On this day a young indigenous man named, Juan Diego, was walking toward the Hill of Tepeyac on December 12, 1531 when he was stopped by the appearance of La Virgen. ⠀ She ordered Juan Diego to go to the Bishop and ask him to build a church ⛪️ at the Hill of Tepeyac. Juan Diego ran to the Bishop to tell him what La Virgen had told him. The Bishop ignored him. ⠀ La Virgen once again appeared in front of Juan Diego and told him to collect 🌸🌼’s from the top of the hill, but because it was December Juan Diego knew that there was not going to be any 🌸🌼’s at the rocky hill. Upon reaching the top of the hill, Juan Diego was surprised to see that it was covered w/ colorful and beautiful 🌸🌼’s. Juan Diego then collected the 🌸🌼’s using his coat from him and ran again to see the Bishop. ⠀ Juan Diego gave all the 🌸🌼’s to the Bishop, and here the Bishop discovered the image of La Virgen miraculously traced on Diego’s coat de él. Seeing both the unseasonal 🌸🌼’s and the image of La Virgen, the Bishop realized Juan Diego had told him the truth and La Basílica de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe was built on the hill of Tepeyac in 🇲🇽 Mexico City. 🙏🏽 ⠀ #latinaspoderosas #LaVirgendeGuadalupe #virgendeguadalupe and here the Bishop discovered the image of La Virgen miraculously traced on Diego’s coat.
