Baca!🏅 Dr. Judith has been creating public art for over four decades. Best known for supervising the creation of the world’s largest mural, “The Great Wall of Los Ángeles”. In 1974, Baca founded L.A.’s Citywide Mural Program and the Social and Public Art Resource Center (SPARC) @sparcinla that today continues to support art in the city.
